The Path of the Dieta

This dieta is opened and held remotely by an indigenous Shipibo elder (an Onanya, shaman), who will work on your energy field in ceremony at least three times a week with his son, daughter, and our team. Each week, you will submit a brief report, any questions, or symptoms that will be shared with him. You will drink a tea of pure Bobinsana in ritual throughout the days. With Sage, we will have weekly Zoom calls of 2-hours with ikaros, meditation, group integration processing, and deepening into the wisdom of Bobinsana. In addition, we offer experiential workshops with other international healers who carry the teachings of Onanya Pablo to bring more depth and skill to your communion with the plant.

During the dieta, we must refrain from salt, oil, sugar, sex, and some other foods and activities. It is a time for detoxing and simplifying; in doing so, you enter into an expanded state of consciousness with your plant. There is also a period of 5-days in preparation and integration with this diet. As a social dieta, you may still work and interact with the world at large - you will not be in isolation - and we will be teaching you cleansing skills to protect your energy.

 Schedule: 

WEEK 1

• Preparation begins. Preparation includes a 20-minute call to discuss your intention, preparation diet to cleanse your body, and other preparatory materials.

WEEK 2

• Dieta is opened.Your dieta is opened remotely in Peru in sacred ceremony. (We have an optional retreat in the US March 21-23 to participate in the opening live.) You will receive instructions on how to align with this.

• Virtual Dieta Circle #1. We will have our first Zoom call and you will receive access to the online portal with resources to support your first week.

• Workshop #1 - Shipibo Shamanism. Maestro Benito, an Austrian shaman who has worked closely with Peruvian master shamans for many years, will be leading a shamanic workshop on understanding the dieta process, tobacco, and ways of shamanic protection, as well as clearing the group with his ikaros and blessings.

WEEK 3

• Virtual Dieta Circle #2.

• Workshop #2 - Sonic Ritual for Boundaries. Valentina Olper, a psychotherapist and psychic medium with a deep connection to Bobinsana, will be leading an experiential workshop on working with the fire of the heart to set boundaries and claim your power.

WEEK 4

• Virtual Dieta Circle #3.

• Workshop #3 - Opening Your Channel. Valentina will be guiding you through an experiential practice of opening your psychic channel to commune with the plants and spirit guides.

WEEK 5

• Virtual Dieta Circle #4.

• Dieta is closed.

WEEK 6

• Integration Closing Circle. A week after your dieta closes, we will meet for a final integration call as a group. We will close with a 20-minute 1-to-1 integration call.
