Hello dear one and welcome to Ilumina. My initiation into supporting consciousness evolution began through transcendental meditation as a teenager and in my early twenties when I was seeking healing for mental disturbance and severe chronic Lyme disease. For over a decade, I have studied the transpersonal: meditation, shamanic cosmologies and healing, depth psychology, and consciousness.
I created Ilumina to guide other alchemists to align with your own power, sharing the many gifts I have received over the years from my devoted study. My approach is in deep reverence for our resilience and radically trusting in life’s initiations as an education for awakening to our essence. Through the alchemy of inner-reconciliation, we become medicine for the collective and stewards of the mystical.

I have apprenticed with and learned from many indigenous healers and spiritual masters, often in their ancestral lands, including: Shipibo-Conibo, Inga-Siona, Aʼi Cofán, Wixáritari (Huichol), Matsés (Mayoruna), Norse Seidr, Mayan, Dzogchen. My studies also include Christian mysticism and pre-Christian European traditions.

Over the past 7 years, I have spent a great deal of time living with a respected Shipibo Onanya and his family to learn the sacred art of chanting. I maintain a very close relationship with this family and create opportunities for people working with me to experience their teachings. I have been given the blessing to share what I have learned, and I founded a nonprofit both to support their projects and help share their teachings with a wider community.

Through the nonprofit AWE, I intensively studied indigenous healing with a transpersonal psychology and deep ecology focus under Lila Vega and leading experts in the field.

I have a committed nondual meditation practice and study with lamas in the Tibetan Dzogchen lineage of Buddhism, as well as study Radical Dzogchen.

I received a BS in Global Business and International Affairs from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a MA in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

I previously managed and led consciousness expansive retreats at a healing center in Nosara, Costa Rica, and have been facilitating international retreats for over 8 years.
